и практически никто не обосновал реально почему тот или иной выбор шмота лучший :/
это значит из уникальной/рарной normal/exceptional вещи в кубе с положенными туда рунами(зависит от типа вещи) получишь exceptional/elite версию той же шмотки...Собственно вот рецепты:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Normal Unique Weapon = Exceptional Version of Weapon
This formula changes the base item type from the normal to exceptional version. For example an Axe is turned into a Cleaver. вроде так получается..
на счет статов - делать сору фул мана, т.е. виту совсем не трогать, ни одного поинта? силу, само-собой под шмот...а вот декс - имеет ли смысл качать декс под блок?
